This upper-end engine kit is engineered to original Oettinger standards, and includes everything required to make the switch. All original details have been preserved; with quality that you expect from Wolfsburg West. From the OEM manufactured cylinder heads that maintain the original 7.5:1 compression ratio to the reproduction Solex 32PBIC carburetors, we've covered all bases to create the premier 36hp engine kit. *Please note: Modification to the rain gutter is required for convertible models. If using this kit with truck, Karmann Ghia, or Coachbuilt models, air cleaner elbows are necessary.
